Engraving/Trophies/Awards

• Standard​ ​Service:​ ​Seven to 10​ ​​days​ ​on​ ​most​ ​items.​ ​Orders​ ​submitted​ ​after​ ​3:00​ ​PM​ ​ET​ ​will not​ ​be​ ​processed​ ​until​ ​the​ ​following​ ​business​ ​day.
• Rush​ ​Service:​ ​Rush​ ​orders​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to​ ​availability​ ​of​ ​materials,​ ​labor,​ ​and​ ​shop​ ​time.​ ​Rush service​ ​is​ ​not​ ​guaranteed.​ ​Please​ ​email​ ​​[email protected]​​ ​or​ ​call​ ​the​ ​shop​ ​at 734-424-3700​ ​and​ ​ask​ ​for​ ​Adam​ ​Hernandez​ ​to​ ​check​ ​for​ ​availability.​ ​For​ ​all​ ​rush​ ​orders,​ ​they must​ ​be​ ​submitted​ ​and​ ​confirmed​ ​by​ ​Midwest​ ​Graphics​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​before​ ​12:00​ ​PM​ ​ET including​ ​all​ ​artwork/designs​ ​and​ ​counts​ ​to​ ​be​ ​processed​ ​that​ ​business​ ​day.

○ Rush​ ​Fee​ ​Schedule:

• Three​ ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​25%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$15.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.
• Two​ ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​50%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$15.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.
• One​ ​Day​ ​Rush:​ ​100%​ ​up-charge​ ​on​ ​all​ ​materials​ ​and​ ​labor​ ​or​ ​$15.00, whichever​ ​is​ ​greater.
• Same-day​ ​service​ ​is​ ​not​ ​available​ ​in​ ​any​ ​circumstance.
• The​ ​customer​ ​will​ ​be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​any​ ​additional​ ​inbound/outbound shipping​ ​costs​ ​incurred​ ​by​ ​Midwest​ ​Graphics​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​in​ ​order​ ​to​ ​meet the​ ​rush​ ​order​ ​timeline.
• Some​ ​products​ ​may​ ​not​ ​be​ ​available​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​a​ ​five​ ​business​ ​day​ ​timeline.​ ​Please​ ​confirm with​ ​Midwest​ ​Graphics​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​to​ ​make​ ​sure​ ​your​ ​order​ ​is​ ​eligible​ ​for​ ​standard​ ​service. Around​ ​95​ ​percent​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Engraving,​ ​Trophies,​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​product​ ​line​ ​is​ ​available​ ​for​ ​a standard​ ​seven to 10 business​ ​day​ ​production.

Screen Printing and Embroidery

  • The​ ​customer​ ​will​ ​be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​any​ ​additional​ ​inbound/outbound​ ​shipping​ ​costs incurred​ ​by​ ​Midwest​ ​Graphics​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​in​ ​order​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​the​ ​rush​ ​order​ ​timeline.

Promotional Products

• Our​ ​partnership​ ​with​ ​the​ ​Advertising​ ​Specialty​ ​Institute​ ​allows​ ​us​ ​access​ ​to​ ​over​ ​3,000 suppliers​ ​and​ ​over​ ​900,000​ ​unique​ ​products​ ​in​ ​addition​ ​to​ ​our​ ​other​ ​vendors.​ ​Due​ ​to​ ​the​ ​wide variety​ ​of​ ​suppliers​ ​that​ ​Midwest​ ​Graphics​ ​and​ ​Awards​ ​Promotional​ ​products,​ ​giving​ ​an​ ​exact timeline​ ​is​ ​impossible.​ ​Generally​ ​speaking,​ ​promotional​ ​products​ ​require​ ​at​ ​least​ ​ten business​ ​days​ ​and​ ​could​ ​take​ ​as​ ​long​ ​as​ ​a​ ​month​ ​to​ ​acquire.​ ​Some​ ​products​ ​are​ ​available​ ​in five​ ​business​ ​days​ ​or​ ​less,​ ​but​ ​these​ ​are​ ​very​ ​rare.
