If you’re submitting artwork, all engraving artwork must be in true black and white (no greyscale or color) and preferably in a vector-based .ai, .eps, or a .pdf format to avoid further art charges.
Sublimation artwork preferably should be vector-based (.ai, .eps., .pdf), however, high-resolution bitmaps (300 dpi and above) also work (.jpg, .png, .gif).
